Default Help needed on my AEM truboost

I have lost my manual and I did some searching for an online manual with no luck. I thought AEM would be nice enough to have an adobe file on their website for it, but I guess not.

Can someone give me the cliffnotes?

I currently display -16 on the tru boost or so while I'm tuning the NEO. All the mechanical/electrical things regarding the installation are done.

Tim, if your reading this come on over .

I just need to know the basic operation. I'm sure you can change between bar and psi for units. I also need to set the max boost psi. That's it really.

I'll keep searching, but alot of the info was regarding safc settings. I will try more specific keywords, although aem tru boost turned up very few threads and all of them were no help for the information that I needed.

Hey Jeremy!

Never done the tru boost, but I bet we could figure it out pretty quick. You free any time this week before the holiday? I'll be halfway out to your neck of the woods on Wednesday

Tim

I found some good info while searching. I have to credit Simace for this info.

"With Spring set at 6.5lbs

A = 60% = 11psi (Spike 12.5psi)
B = 70% = 14.5psi (Spike 15.9psi)

I actually like the EBC. Very easy to use once you get used to it. I have to say tho, the instructions aren't too clear (with respects to Internal WG or External WG and how they connect.) Luckily for me, I got it right the first time and connected the solenoid's forward facing (there are two outer facing ports and one forward facing port) port to the boost side of the throttle body (aka: nipple just outside the throttle body on the Y pipe)

I think the AEM Tru-Boost Gauge/Controller is a good buy, I'm a happy camper with it. Now all I need to do is check my spark plug gapping (and replace the spark plug wires while I'm at it) to stop the spark blow-out I'm having at WOT (engine looses power at WOT, let off a bit and power comes back).

Thanks AEM for a great product!"

Tim, I just sent you a pm.

Just got myself a truboost today, I am guessing you used a T connection while connecting the forward facing port to the Y-pipe. Also where did you connect the 2 ports? Any help or pics would be helpful. Thanks!

Did you eliminate the Stock Wastegate Solenoid and run the boost through AEM solenoid alone (that is what 3sx recommended me)?
