Default The guy who used my Porsche 928S4 Twin Turbo Dyno Sheets as his 3000 Mitsu Sheet...

I've recently been made aware that someone on this forum has used property from my website in an attempt to "armchair" dyno chart race on this forum. I have send a PM to this individual as follows:

**************************************************************************************************** ****************
Why are you posting my dyno chart as your own?

Things like this never cease to amaze me You actually grabbed a dyno sheet from a twin turbo Porsche 928S4 running a scant 12 psig and tried to pass it off as your own build on a 3000 GT?

For starters, that dyno chart is my property and I could come after you for using that information without my permission. Did you read the terms of use on my website? I'll post a section from that here to remind you:

This Site and its contents are intended for customers or potential customers of Kuhn Performance Technologies, LLC. You may not use this Site or its contents for any purpose not related to your business or possible business with Kuhn Performance Technologies, LLC. You are specifically prohibited from: (a) downloading, copying, or re-transmitting any or all of the Site content without, or in violation of, a written license or agreement with Kuhn Performance Technologies, LLC; (b) using any data mining, robots or similar data gathering or extraction methods; (c) manipulating or otherwise displaying the Site or its content by using framing or similar navigational technology; (d) registering, subscribing, unsubscribing, or attempting to register, subscribe, or unsubscribe any party for any Kuhn Performance Technologies, LLC product or service if you are not expressly authorized by such party to do so; and (e) using the Site or its contents other than for its intended purpose. Such unauthorized use may also violate applicable laws including without limitation copyright and trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and applicable communications regulations and statutes.
You represent and warrant that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including, without limitation, those relating to the Internet, data, e-mail, privacy, and the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside.

I expect you to give me and the people on this forum a written explaination as to why you downloaded information from my website for use without asking for my approval to do so. Please re-read the part about using content from the site for other than intended purposes.

Who do you think you are fooling here? At least you never fooled the people on this forum with this little stunt.

I don't take kindly to people who steal and manipulate for their own gain. Again, you need to read the terms on my website. You want to build a powerful car go put in your time and money like the guys who have done it have.

I can only assume this individual downloaded the chart from my website in an attempt to make himself look good on this forum. Shame that was not even the best tune my car had. I have not had a chance to update my website, but I submit to you the final tune. This time, the manifold pressure is also plotted, so there is no way to make it look as though a 3 liter engine is punching these numbers on less than one bar of manifold pressure. He clearly did not fool anybody here, but I still felt it was necessary to make a statement.

I'm off to bed now...I have a 1987 928S4 waiting for a set of GT3071Rs in the shop.

Drmbldrs CFM guide to sizing turbos from 3.0 to 3.7

this thread's about to explode...

Edit: Man Kudos to you for the clean a$$ turbo kits for the 928, you can definitely tell it took well over 1000hr's to perfect it.

You can at least take comfort in knowing that the guy got completely and utterly owned, and his humiliation has been a source of great amusement for all of us.

Welcome to the website. I hope that somehow, some way, Mr. Jeremy (I believe that is how his last name is spelled) will come clean as to his reasonings for stealing your dyno sheet and subsequently becoming the new poster child for the retroactive abortion movement in the United States.

Sweet 928, always loved them, and a turbo charged one is even more reason.
