If I do the 19t's what am I looking to do for internals? Only reason I'm spending $8000 instead of the full 16,000 is my GF is going to kill me lol. But maybe I can push for 10,000.

depends. Just build a reliable and PROVEN 3 liter. I love ray and im sure his motors rock. But i dont see anyone running around with strokers or know anyone that have had them on the road for any amount of time. there is no need for it in your case. Matt from DR is the only person i know with a stroker that has been driving his car and its a track car only. get some pistons with a tighter piston-wall clearance so they dont trip your knock sensor out, some nice rods (even the cheaper 3sx arent that bad) , new froged oem crank, some aluminized silicon bearings and thrust washers, maybe opt for a little head rubbing and get some turbos you think you will be happy with

Paid off you car yet? If not, pay it off.

Paid off your credit card? If not, pay it off.

Paid off your college loans? If not, pay it off.

Are you a homeowner? If not, save it for a down payment.

IMO:
If your stuck on modding your car professionally take it to FSR in Southern California.
Many including myself would not take it to GT-PRO, too many horry stories.

Goodluck.

16k? Buy Jeremy's stealth and own just about anything in your town on the road. of course he is asking for 20k and you will need a short block for it but what you will have is an insane killer ride.
In all if you are planning on doing the mods yourself, build up the motor and slap on a TD05 kit.

Have a retirement fund started? If not nows the time.

Keep your 9b's, add exhaust, fuel and an intercooler, enjoy.

Go BPU for like $2000 (maybe $3500 if you want wheels/cfds) and invest the other $14000 in smart things. Like 401k, debt, investments, etc.

Look at the "Cars for sale / I'm getting the fuck out of VR4s (also known as General)" forum... you aren't going to EVER get that $8000 back. Hell you probably won't get to drive the car all that much again, lol.

Best advice yet.... esp in today's economy. It might get worse- best be prepared.
