the only real hassle is pipe routing. getting a second pipe routed for front and rear turbos can be a bit tight. used to have them like that but went back to a traditional setup
I love my open dumps. I actually have 3 open dump wgs right now haha. I have a 38mm on each bank of my single turbo exhaust y-pipe that dump under the car. I was having problems with post turbo exhaust pressure so I added a 46mm on the down pipe that dumps out the passenger fender when under boost.
They make a loud raspy sound when they open. Some don't like it, I do. Just depends on your taste I guess.
The fender dump with a ring set my friend/fabricator made. There is a thin piece of sheet meta you need to cut to run the pipe but it wasn't nearly as hard as I thought it would be.
Can you send me some pics of the engine bay side of the passenger fender exhaust mod. What sort of steel piece did you put a hole through? Was it not structural?
