Grrr I accidently deleted my reply. so let me retype again
Now that I'm part of "Team E-Manage" I can call upon everyone for help!
My oxygen sensors are gone, reading 0.02V, which causes the fuel trims to be pegged at the richmost limit (can't remember if 140% or 0% is the rich end of the spectrum). SO, I am afraid to set the emanage to 645cc for the PTE 680cc injectors because I don't have an oxygen sensor to tell me where I'm at. I do have an EGT gauge, however.
What can I set my Emanage injector size to such that I won't be running so pig rich as I am now (currently 450cc injector correction, exhaust smells like gas, car feels slow) YET I won't grenade my motor from running lean. Will 550cc correction be consevative enough not to risk damaging my engine?
I am running 6psi until I decide on a boost controller, if that helps. Also if someone can give me EGT readings that i should aim for at idle, WOT, etc and what would be the "too hot" temperature. I'm really excited about the E-manage, and I hope to be able to be up there with adamvr4 eventually .

so if you add fuel at idle.. I mean lots of fuel up to 50% in the map the o2's never will start cycling? I mean the chance of both 02's dying simultaneous is practically impossible. more than likely you just haven't given it enough gas at idle. I have to add ~ 30% at idle to get mine moving. If you really are lean at idle then your low trim would be pegged at 139 meaning the ecu is throwing as much fuel at it as it can do.. and it can compensate very little. Try adding fuel 5% at a time and see if you get some movement.
EDIT: after logging i saw my trims were hovering aroung 100% and i put the injectors to 500cc, and richened up the Map just to be safe. results are .95V o2s at WOT (rich, right?) BUT my timing advance is 30* and i'm getting a knock of up to 10. isn't 30* really high for WOT at 6k rpms? I am going to install the ignition harness soon so I can control timing. Thanks for the help.

Oh, I was actually thinking about logging it into the emanage, not to a data logger. But on reading it again, I don't think it would work for me. I don't plan on getting the e-01 (the screen, right?) so I guess there is nowhere to wire it to the emanage. Oh well.
