Default Changing lifters

Hey guys, just a real quick question. My front head is ticking only, is it wise to replace ALL the lifters at the same time, or is it ok to just replace the front ones.. ie, is it bad to run 99 lifters on the front head and stock ones on the rear?

It would be better to replace all the lifters at once, but having the 99 lifters on the front head and stock ones on the rear should be OK.

Agreed, if it doesn't cause any damage or anything, I'd do the fronts now, as they are the ones giving the problem, and maybe ill come across another half set down the line and do the rears

Lack of excess $$ + necessity to change fronts only...

thanks for the input

Yea, doesn't look too terrible, kind of time consuming though, especially for first try..
