Just an update I've killed all the leaks now.
I tested the wastegates under pressure and they start to open around 8psi
So then I put my vacuum pump on the wastegates and under vacuum I can pull 14 psi in 2nd gear. So to remedy should I pull the turbos and inspect the internet parts of the wastegates or just try and adjust the rods the front seem to be held firmly shut but the rear is obviously hidden. Has anyone successfully adjusted the rear without pulling it out?

I wonder if anything is rusted seized from sitting so long? Might be worth it to pull them and check everything out ... but then, that's a lot of work.

Definitely going to pull them. Hopefully they just need cleaning. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Soo whomever put on the hyper medallion exhaust didn't remove the rear precat and no light shines thru it. So I'm hoping hollowing this will fix my low boost problem. Also the rear wastegates looks good and closed tight.
