there are used genuine HKS ssqv's for sale in the classifieds for around $110.00. I'd go with one of them.
3sx is in business to make money. The people are ebay ship practically straight from their factories in china and hong kong. They are always going to be cheaper.
I can get a ssqv from my suppliers in china for $21

I actually bought my tial off this guy ^^ a year or two ago and haven't looked back, dumpster dive in the classified's if you want a brand name quality unit for a good price.
And i have to agree with scotty- of all the bov's you picked the ssqv!? guess someone doesn't mind driving and overgrown rat
DO NOT BUY THE EBAY CRAP!!! They look identical, but they sound horrible when compared to the real thing. Trust me. I personally think the HKS SSQV is the best sounding one on the market. I have a genuine one on my supra. I have a Turbo XS Bov on my GT and i really want to change it. It just does not sound as good.

No, it was a serious question. I was reading this thread and thinking to myself, a BOV is a pretty simple device and it just needs to function properly. Ther is not a lot of stress put on it or anything. So materials and manufacturing should have alot to do with it as long as it doesnt leak and opens when it needs to.
Its not like selecting a cam or gears... somethign where specs, materials, and qualty control can really make at the wheels differences.
