Dodge Boost holding Problem!!!

My parts list is as follows: 13T Turbos, Stillen Downpipe(Cat deleted), Dejon 3.5" GM MAF, Dejon Pre-Turbo Intake Pipes, 550cc injectors(stock fuel pressure regulator), Apex'i SAFC II, HKS SSQS BOV, SPEC Stage 3, Fidanza Aluminum Flywheel, Greddy Profec B-Spec II BC
New Parts: Greddy Front Mount Intercooler Kit, 3SX Custom Radiator.

I just installed the Greddy Front Mount Intercooler Kit and the 3SX Radiator+Fan assembly. Had to move the HKS BOV in the passenger front bumper, cause the kit wouldn't work with the Dejon MAF kit. So after everything was installed and running when you go into boost it will go to 10psi and drop back down to 6psi and will go back up to 10 again and back down. While this is happening I can hear the BOV opening and closing? I have the boost controller set to 15 psi. It would hold boost fine and run good until the Front Mount was put on(though it's running PIG rich!). I'm thinking about getting the 3SX Fuel Pressure Regulator Kit and Zeitronix Wideband and Datalogger cause I think it may be cause of the fact the car is running so rich. But the boost dropping is confusing me? Im going to check my spark plugs tomorrow to see if they are the problem. If anyone has any ideas please help!

maybe try your wastgates? I know i was having an issue with that with my 13t's. It was that the rear gate was half open all the time.

How do you go about telling that? Also what did you do to fix it? Adjust the actuator rod? How far should it be out?? Thanks

Well I just unplugged the vacuum line going to the boost controller so it will run the turbo's wide open. Car pulled boost all the way past 10 and I let it go to 17 till I let off. So what I'm thinking now is there's something wrong with my boost controller. I'm just going to a manual controller cause this electric one has always been a hassle.
