I bought a Blitz Super Sound BOV..

I have heard of leaving the stock BOV on.

What are the reasons to leaving it on?

Is there no right or wrong answer??

Congrats on buying the Blitz SS bov.

The reason why people say to leave the stock BOV on is because it is Recirculation BOV, which vent back into the intake system.

In your case you want to VTA(Vent To Atmosphere) which will cause you to run rich between shifts, and symptoms of Running open atmosphere are but not limited to: Stalling, idle issues, car dieing when coming to a stop.

That's why most people tend to get a recirculating adapter.

If should be fine but you will need to block the hole in the intake bubble, if you plan to run the BOV open atmosphere.

This is the hole/plug I'm talking about.
