Default 1st Gen VR4, 3SX downpipe & elim questions

My downpipe is leaking bad. I have a used 3SX downpipe and rear cat eliminator on its way. Here is the one
3SX TT Stainless Downpipe Kit 3000GT/Stealth*-*Mitsubishi 3000GT*/*Dodge Stealth

My car is a 1st gen VR4 so how hard is this install going to be? Doing a little searching it looks like I should be able to get the rear precat out from the top after removing the EGR tube, O2 sensor and heat sheild. What is the hardest part? Any pointers? Links to how to install? Thanks.

Bunk

Anybody, anybody.....Bueller????? Anybody???

The used 3SX downpipe is on the way but he couldn't find the rear cat eliminator. So now it looks like I will be gutting my rear pre cat.

The nuts on the o2 housing to turbo are a pain. You can get to them with a standard lenth 14mm wrench though. And gutting the precat was a pain too... I hope you have an air chisel. Otherwise, it might take you a while... Don't forget the nut that holds the bracket on the precat (rear) to the engine mount bracket... the heat shield bolts are 12mm... I can't really think of anything special about it, just don't get frustrated...
