Isnt this a CAR SITE?
|
Congats on getting her out to the track and running her hard. But like the others have said, 115mph is on the low side of what your setup is capable of.
I didnt see an 02 sensor in your mods. If you are tuning yourself, might want to get one. |

I agree with UPP high altitude hurts bad from St. Louis to Denver it seems that you loose about a 1 sec of your 1/4 mile times. At first I just thought that my car was broke after blazing down the track a full second slower. I have a IPS 16g kit on my car and I have yet to make it to the track with this car. I ran into a little problem with the oil lines being a little to short, but it was a quick fix everything else on the kit was top notch. Love E85 up here, even though I have to drive 10 miles to Parker,CO to fill up. The wife always makes fun of me making a special trip to get gas but it does give me an excuse to get out of the house at times!

Yea, high altitued sux! Luckly here in COS we have alot of E85 stations. But with a 15 gal fuel cell (only gets down to about 3 before I run out) and 10mpg, I'm on a short leash....120 miles worth of short!
Anyone else having that bad of millage? Cruising around I'm running 15.5-16.5afr, and it still sucks it down....even being gentle on her.... I'm putting it on my dyno this weekend, since I have the same tune, I'll post up the starting numbers that corispond to that ET and MPH, corrected and uncorrected. UPP
