That is the limit of stock turbos. Fast old guy put 400+ to the wheels with 13g's. Proper tuning is what allows people to maximize their setup. Btw what was your 60ft, that might be a part of the problem.

Does that IPS kit go in without any need to trim fans or other such things getting in the way? Basically, besides the intercooler piping, is it a true bolt on?

NO you have to get to skinny fans cut one and flip it upside down

Or just get Flex-A-Lites...Also...For my IPS kit, I had to shave the rear motor mount bracket

End of last year I'm running 12.2@115. That's with E85 and ~22psi (~19psi absolute). That was also on a really shitty conservative tune and at 6000+ft altitude.

Considering that the Viper's are running 13.5-13.9 up here, and GSXR 600's are running ~13.3, I thought that was fairly decent.
