Default 13t best supporting mods?

I'm about to start upgrading my basically stock '92 Vr4 and will be going with a twin 13t setup.

In your opinion, what are the most necessary supporting mods? In other words, where should I start?

Thanks,
Stephen

Not trying to be a "search" nazi, but you'll get way more info through search than you will ever get in just one thread.

Do a titles-only search (under "Advanced Search") for "13t" and read, read, read. Then do a titles-only search for "13ts" and read a little more. For good measure, a titles-only search for "15g" and then "15gs" will net plenty of good relevant info.

What you'll find: Make sure your car is healthy, get a logger, beef up your fuel system in many various ways, monitor and control boost and air/fuel ratio, and (at some point) strengthen your drive train.

Good luck - invest a little money, time, and effort, and 13Ts are tons of fun!

First do a 60k service on your car if you had not already. Healthy car first.
Then some type of fuel air ratio computer i.e. SAFCII
Boost controller
Turbo timer
Bigger fuel pump i.e. walbro 255lph (also research the fuel pump hotwire.)
If you get a denso fuel pump will will have to get an adjustable fuel pump regulator.
I would get 550cc injectors, I know that some people have the 450cc's and they are maxed out.
You also may want to check your transfer case if you have not already and think about getting that beefed up. This is just a few of the basic thing you may want to consider.

Also get a better y pipe (I have heard that the stock ones tend to pop off.], a real boost gauge because te stock one is crap. I would also get a wideband.

You could PM Internexus, he was running a low 11 second 1st gen stealth on 13t's for a while.

550cc injectors are what you'd need to max out the turbos on pump gas. Supporting pump/regulator and fuel correction is good. You can get a good street car keeping IC and stock exhaust, even though a DP, if you don't already have one, is nice.

It depends on what you consider maxed out! Im running 550s with DR500s and a AEM EMS. My injectors are at ~85% and thats considered maxed out! Atleast if you want some margin for error!

Are you running Petrol or Ethanol?

In my opinion, standalone is the way to go and then you might aswell go with 720cc injectors!
