Default UTI DYNOs to use on 5/17/08!

I was going to start a new thread for this, but since this is already sitcky'd, I'll put it here...

Breaking NEWS!!!!!
UTI has offered to open their chasis dynos - for the super low price of $100 per car. Instructors will be there to set the cars up and offer tuning tips. This will be on Saturday. This is not open to the general public, only people who are attend the NEDD! You can set up for the car show and will be given a time slot to come over to the dyno. Once you are done; simply move your car back to its slot for the car show. Even if you aren't going to dyno your car, you aren't going to want to miss this! You can pay for this when you get there, but must be pre-registered with the NEDD and sign on the list below.
The $100.00 fee will cover two 15 minute sessions. First 15 minute session for base line dyno they would then pull car off dyno, work on car, then get back in line for final 15 minute session
*Note* The dynos are for 2wd cars only, the Exton campus does not have an AWD dyno.

UTI DYNO list - $100 for 3 pulls, 2wd only.

If you plan to stay at the hotel then yes. It will be 119/night with full access to the pool and fitness center as standard.. Trust me I spent a week looking for a cheaper rate within 50 miles and this is the cheapest I could get. Considering that we're taking care of food at Ozzy's and then at the banquet on Saturday you won't have to burn a lot of cash eating. If you just do Ozzy's and drag your car it will be like $75.

I'm so hoping I can go to this, but can't commit until I find out when my houseguests from England are arriving, should be in May.

Let's look at the value you get with the NEDD.
Drag Racing ($50 for 5 hours), go-Kart racing/laser tag/rock climbing ($25 for 4 hours), Car Show ($0), banquet/award ceremony ($0), tours of UTI ($0), dyno runs- Neither ECG or NG have this (free to watch, $100 to do it), driving to the Pagoda ($0). You will spend a little on gas, but probably less than driving all the way to OC, MD.
For those staying @ the Sheraton, you are getting a killer rate with lots of amenities.
Hell, short of the auto cross and driving school, this is a small NG, without the $100 registration fee or the drive to TN.
Let's go people- sign the hell up!
