Not complaining, but. Just reserved my room. I was told the 3SI rate was $69.95 not the $59.95. Is this rate correct?

Looking at the copy of the e-mail forwarded to me by Kathy, at the Sea Bay, it does appear to be $69.95 not $59.95 for that weekend, and $29.95 for a weeknight.

We talked about various weekends, and I am not sure why this one is more, as it is not a 'holiday'. My mistake then, the other date we had discussed was the lower rate instead.

Already on it. Darksurfr is going through the previous years' signup list, and sending an e-mail cc'd to all of them. Those e-mails that don't bounce, we'll retain for an ongoing notification list. There's been some additional signups as a result!

I did. I also posted it in the eastern regional chapter subforums, because for some reason it is not being stickied to all of them, nor is this in "Announcements" as it should be, per the guidelines of events that usually attract over 50 cars. So I posted the link in the mid-atlantic states chapter subforums, once in General and once in the Green Door. For some reason it was considered "spamming" even though it isn't for a business or a "for-profit" event, nor repeated, nor posted to every single forum....just car-related stuff in forums full of car people who live in the general region.

Since it isn't in "Announcements" as the "Mid West Gathering" and the "National Gathering" are, those who would want to see it will only find it if they happen to wander into the specific regional events subforums.

Feel free to find my post and bump it, or post a new one with the link and the dates if it is gone. That is a good idea, to keep it out there where those interested can find it.

Green Door I can understand.. General SHOULD have a link though. People don't pay attention to stickies unless they are hot and recent though. Its a good idea to keep bumping this.
