Hey Robyn,

Please apologize to your husband as I can't attend this weekend and won't be able to fish with him. Tell him if he's ever up my way to give me a ring and we'll wet a line together at some point. My car had an engine fire 2 weekends ago and really back-tracked my progress (sensors, harnesses, etc). If I don't start this car within the next 30 days, I will be forced to part it out so please forgive me for not coming...it's crunch time. Hopefully while you guys are at Phillips', my car will be finally taking it's first breath.

How awful! After all that work you put into it. Hope you can come down another time, then; he's always fishing either Thursday or Friday, or both days if he can get away with it.

You're always welcome to come down, and can simply crash at our place if you'd like, if you don't mind cats!

reposting this from another thread....so Robyn knows and others can learn from my stupidity -

I'm out - - this means I will not be able to premier my 300 HP stereo yet....

This really sucks -

My entire differential in my trann needs to be replaced not just a bearing. The good news is the guy said the tranny rebuild was done very well and the tranny if fine - most bearings were replaced but the diff was not even touched.

The parts I need won't be in in time - he said some parts might be in but even if they were overnighted he would not be able to put her back together by Friday.......

When the tranny blew from over heating about 5 years ago it also melted the coating off the gears in the diff - he said the gears looked blue and driving it a little longer might have caused a bigger problem cause the teeth would prob have started breaking off.

I'm pissed at myself for letting work get in the way of me dropping this car off sooner - but I didn't and now I get to stay home -

Vinnie - I'm gonna meet you guys Friday morning wherever we decide to meet to get the cash for the room to you + the ez- pass money from the last show -

Have fun guys - I'll be thinking of you guys Friday night at the Dom cruise......

Linda's fine, it's just in the morning that she has this weid congestion thing going on. As I mentioned to you until I go for these other tests I'm pretty anxious and not the best traveler..gotta stop every 15-30 minutes if you know what I mean. Hopefully we can get together another time soon.
