Either everyone is failing to finish he process properly this year or paypal changed their process again.
We have not received the normal updates from paypal for any payment this year so payment updating is all manual. Because of this please give us a bit of extra time to get your payment confirmed.
Can someone that has paid tell me if they kept following the prompts till they got back to the NG site like they are supposed to?

I followed the link back and all your site showed was a blank page. The link looked similar to what I am used to seeing on sites that process the payment confirmed through the querystring.
Because I have to enter every payment manually into the system, it's going to take a bit between when you pay and when you receive hotel information. I've tried to make this clear, however I still keep receiving 4-6 PM's every day asking me about it. Answering those is taking up time that could've been spent entering payments, so I'm going to stop answering the PM's. I'll process payments as soon as I physically can. This weekend is my grand re-opening party at the shop, which needs to be my top priority. After that, I'll get caught up again and continue to do it once a week or so. Payments will be processed in the order in which they were received so no one is slighted as far as getting a hotel room (although I doubt there will be a problem anyway).

Thanks Lori, i paid on the 28th or something like that. I can get the hotel info from DuTTch so no worries. Hell, i may still have the info from last year laying around.

Got booted from the system at 6:23. System down. No hope at this point of catching up on it before I leave, but at least I got through everything prior to 1/30, and even some from that day. I'll try to catch up tonight. Only 10 more to go.
