Lori is in Memphis right now. She's checking the facilities and signing contracts. Once thats done the sponsors will be notified and then we can publish the details.

Jack, haven't had a chance to call him yet. I have a REALLY busy schedule while I'm here, meeting with places and signing contracts. Hoping to call him tonight to schedule something for Thursday or Friday morning. Are you SURE he won't mind??? I feel bad that he's not a 3SI member...

All is good here so far. I've gotten a lot of help from the hotel and from the different venues that we're dealing with. Just wait until you guys hear what we have planned. I can't wait to let the sponsors know, then a few days later I'll make an official announcement. Believe me, you want to watch for it. This will be a first-rate event and nothing less.
