on the way back, somehow I managed to miss 4th gear at 7k, instead it went into 2nd gear.
transmission blew up, valves all got bent, bearings all spun.
luckily I had spares of everything and was able to repair on the side of the interstate.
but then my alternator went out and I had to call AAA.

but for real, it was a great event. I had a blast. Props to Lori, and everybody involved.
It was great to see friends again and to make new friends.
I will post pics later.
I cant wait till NG09!!!
