need help: turbo rebuild - 3000GT/Stealth International Message Center

So i have a set of 15g's and the rear one started leaking oil into the hot side. I'm pretty sure it can be rebuilt and be fine, but i have no clue where to get this done. I was also thinking maybe i could get one turbo to replace it for cheaper. I was just wondering if anyone here has any ideas what I can do?

Cheaper to rebuild than replace with new one. If there's not a reputable rebuild shop in AK then the closest to you would be in WA.
