do these come with the required shims, or are no shims required, also any possibility of 280's

Have you actually tested the cams with stock springs? The stock springs are so close to coil bind even with the stock cams. Would the cams with higher lift not be a bit too much and risk pretty much collapse the stock springs?

Cant wait to see reviews on these. I won't be able to buy them for a while, but will serriously consider them when the while is up and I am in the market for a set.

Yes These come with the Required Shims that you place under the lifter.

Hey Jason,
I have a set of these on one of my personal VR4's The build is far from done however I have no coil bind. We are also installing them on a customers car in the next few weeks so I will post an update on that when it happends
