I ordered a set of 5zigen FN01R-C's and Falken Azenis from DTD (sales rep was Ryan). Rims and tires were delivered on time fully tracked to NY state.

2 of the rims had dings on the lip
1 of the tires was leaking air through the bead.

Ryan was very helpful and sympathetic to the situation. In the end I was refunded for the costs of remounting the tire and 25% of the cost of each of the 2 damaged rims.

For your consideration, you may want to pack rim/tire combo with more cardboard to prevent rim damage. Mine came with 1 cardboard circle on the face and back of the rim taped in place.

Otherwise, DTD has great customer service, fast delivery ... I would buy again.
