need a rack put in

Hey guys, i bought a power steering rack and pinion about 3 months ago from autopartswarehouse but it started leaking 2 weeks ago and i had it warrantied so i got the part replaced but now i just need someone to put it in. When i had the rack and pinion installed 3 months ago it was by a cheap ass mechanic who did a horrible job so i need someone who really knows there way around these cars to put in the steering rack. Would be great if i could get the job done under $200, and needs to be in the NOVA area.
