2008 University of Maryland Spring Meet
hosted by College Park Tuning
  • • Dyno pulls

    • Formula SAE car demo
    • 50/50 Raffle
    • Raffle Prize
We will be asking for 1(or more) non-perishable food item per person as they enter the lot. If you forget to bring an item or prefer not to, we will collect a $1 donation on your way into the lot. All the donations collected from admission, food sales and the 50/50 raffle are going to be donated to Martha’s Table (http://www.marthastable.org).

• BBQ, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs on the grill
• Soft drinks and other refreshments

Dyno
• $75.00 for 2 - 3 baseline pulls w/ A/F and printout
• If you are interested in dynoing your car, please send an email to collegeparktuning@gmail.com . We are trying to have people pre-register for the dyno.


The Last two years meets were great successes. Thank you to everyone who came out and supported us! We look forward to seeing you all again!

Would appreciate seein more 3000's stealths this year. Saw a stealth last year with a 99 front end and one of our members has a gen1 vr4. Post up if youre comin.

FINALLY!! it's official....i am THERE.

523 awhp on 93 octane @ 22 psi

Short term future:
Alum radiator -- absolute necessity
cams: 272 or 264??
suspension: not sure what product to go with yet...

Expectation: 600 awhp @ 26 psi
530 awhp @ 19-20 psi

And let's all try to group up next time. I didn't see any other 3s there last year except myself. I did see one SL there but I don't think he was a member on this forum.

think its worth throwing this at the PA guys? We have a shop coming down from up there maybe others would be willing to make the trip when they see the pictures. For others who havent heard/seen last year there was easily 1500+ cars there and we were swamped. Much more planning this year and we have room for over 2300 cars.

I agree, last year was INSANE....well worth PA guys to come down.

Some interesting. I guess if I'm not down I'll bring my car down. It would be nice to see the difference in dyno's because at 3sx I made 523 @ 18psi. So, maybe I'll make more once I get my AEM install within a few weeks.

Its in the comcast parking lot. If you need detailed directions from your place the easiest thing to do is google maps/mapquest for comcast center and it will give you directions straight to the parking lot. I suggest picking the directions that include you coming into campus from 193.
