First of all, thanks to Michael Brown for giving me the link from POTN. I missed it somehow.

Great find. Would be nice to have higher ISO for my 40D, but i doubt i would really use it unless it managed to clean up some noise.

Spot metering would be the only thing I'd use there. I've generally never liked touching the ISO and just compensate via multiple exposures instead. However, I'm sure if I had a camera that could handle higher ISO better, I perhaps would've increased it more often.

That it was done on the 350 meant it was only a matter of time for the 400.

I am honestly not that impressed with the iso3200 pre-denoising.. Then again the light conditions the examples were shot in are impressive so..eh. I think it handles noise very well for a xxxd series body. Though relative to some of the xxd and xd bodies it looks terrible! The spot metering is pretty awesome though. Now the XTi really is a baby 40d.
