Twin Cities traffic = YUCK! I'd have to get a crappy daily driver for the commute, and then it'd defeat the purpose of having a nice summer car! In Iowa, I drive my car every day April through October except when it's broken or chances of hail!

Though at least the tint laws in MN are better....

And as for getting bored in MN, there are always so many things to do, IF you get into the whole outdoors thing.

I'm bored in Iowa mostly because:
1) There are no lakes and I grew up boating, swimming, fishing and wakeboarding.
2) Land near cities (where there are tech jobs) is expensive. I also grew up doing a lot of offroad ATV riding and it's just not worth it for me to do that where I live in Iowa. Too many fields and not enough woods.
3) No other female car friends

Sure there are parks and hiking trails and stuff, and I go to them, but Iowa is just NOT the same. That and there is sales tax on clothes in here....time to make a shopping trip to Bloomington this spring.....
