Default Long Island National Cemetery

Repost from BAWC:

Today I went to the cemetery w/ my cousin David. I decided that I'd get some pictures this time as (to me) the cemetery is beautiful in a cold winter's way.

Thanks for looking. Not my usual material I know, but one must try new things in order to grow.

Depressing? Hardly..death is easy, living is hard. I just realized something. The folks over at PTN say I have a more journalistic style than artistic..I am starting to think they are right

Nice... I just received a Canon EOS Rebel T2 35mm for free... I'm hoping to test it out this week. I have no idea what to do with it, since it is film and all, but it is still cool and has a very nice set of lens and filters.

Nothing beats film, it just gets crazy expensive.

Some pretty cool shots - I've been to many historic cemeteries around Europe from WWII. Comments - the trees really add to the scenes, but they're missing the tops - the last one of the big tree centered on the row of stones would be totally perfect (for me!) if the top of the tree were there - the tree seems to be the main subject but it's not all there.
