It's all illusion. Really Really good illusion. A lot of the photos involve him hanging/being balanced with tiny wires and pulleys. Tons of time is spent in setup, and then the picture is finally taken. Check the guy's website, the pictures with his head through a mirror are pretty trippy.

None of it's photoshop I don't think. I suppose they might photoshop out the wires used, but from what I understand they're just such small wires you can't see them anyway.
