Some of them came out well, but you definitely need a tripod in the future!

Once I got the setting right the only thing the tripod does is keep the sale spot from shot to shot. I can get them right hand held. It just got tiring holding the camera.
I plan to get a pod at some point.

Don't be so hard headed. Fireworks shots look better with a tripod unless you have fantastically fast glass or Diazepam..

The moon would have looked really good over a landscape of buildings or lots of lights.
Definitely get a tripod! Night shots SUCK without one.
