Thumbs up Re: 1st gen 3000gt lip

YES!!!!!!!!!! Finally! I think the same thing. The first gen. 3/S's need more aerodynamic options. I love the styling of the Kaze front lip and something similar would be awesome. I can see why some people would think that idea is stupid because of the active aero that these cars already have, but what about everyone else that doesnt have a VR4? It would be totally rad if it would actually decrease aerodynamic drag or increase airflow over the radiator. Basically be functional, but if it wouldn't be I wouldn't complain as long as it looks good and fits the lines of the car. As far as designs go, [b]I think that it should smoothly extend the flair that is already built into the sides of the bumper (right below the corner lights). I think that the lip should also flair forword just a bit to give these cars an even more aggressive "face". Some kind of vent or "body line" should also be incorporated, similar to the Kaze maybe? Maybe even make it available in different materials and be lightweight. Carbon fiber anyone? Anyway, I think this is a great idea and I totally support. But please Extreme Dimensions, dont make it to bloody expensive!

I love my Kaze lip. It changes the look and styling of the car drastically, but in a good way.

I wonder if Extreme Dimensions can make it a bit more "aggressive." Maybe make the lower ducts smaller and add two of them? Oh and affordable. My Kaze was crazy expensive.

Id love to see something functional as well as good looks. Like a front splitter style lip. Something that will give our NA cars down force on the front.

I wish I could help everyone out here but unless I can get a minimum of 10 people willing to put down a deposit on the lip, it will never be made. If you guys can get a gauranteed minimum of 10 people willing to place a deposit then I can bring this to my management again and see if they will give us another shot at a group buy and actually having this lip made!

What about a lip for a 1st gen Stealth TT. I've seen some converted 3k lips, but i want something that just bolts right up and i'm sure at least 10 other 1st gen Stealth TT owners would want it too as there are currently no lip options for our cars.

Something like this. I believe this is a modified Kaze lip.
