All depends how heavy your right foot is.

Using an M6 nozzle my VR-4 will use almost 2qt in a 30min Road Race session.
The system only injections when needed, no boost you are not uning fluid. So the 4qt around 1hr of "under boost time". or about 70-80 WOT pulls estimated.
