Default my labonte system !

i received the labonte by ther way of a guy on Evolutionm.net

the complete kit with igs10, vcs3G, ifs-10 & boost bypass kit, and dual nozzle kit.

pics of the kit install.

i used 2 0.7 nozzle, equivalent to M5 nozzle, with check valve in 4mm
i used some aquamist parts as liquid level sensor, tank adapter and solenoid valve 2 way.
the solenoid valve is used to prevent any leak when the labonte system is off.

the VCS3G install in the car

the covers for the 10Liters jerricans, home made

i used a small switch to control a 40A relay for powering on the labonte system. a green led give me the state of the contact of the relay .

on the pillar pod,
a red light is flashing if i have the low fluid level in the tank.
a yellow led is lighting when the pump is activated.

i installed the boost bypass valve just before the wastegates.

i made the check of the install and the pump is runing great without any noize.
( all the documents are easy to understand. this is a really good point )
the touch screen is really good and all parameters are easy to set.

now i will need to play with methanol !

Fred, great work on your install, thanks for sharing.

I think those white lines are from an Aquamist kit. The ones we ship are black nylon.

Best regards,

Dan

thoses lines comes from a plant who make plastic bootles. it is used to connect some parts of a pneumatic circuit.
it is a real 4*6mm industrial white line, and not a intake diameter like 4.2 ou 4.6mm for example. it is good for this setup.

i always have the black nylon, dan.
