More work on the enclosure today. Ran out of right angle, bought the last 6 lengths they had.

awesome, I've always wondered what size pre-pump filters to use, there are a few posts around the interwebs talking about ethanol(specifically) causing fine filters to get blocked but I never got far enough to test it.

Did some boost leak testing today and as expected found some serious leaks. Couldn't even hit positive pressure before I fixed 3 or 4 and that's with a large 240v compressor. 2 dollar pressure tester and removes the annoying intake pipe leaks.

Good results today tested up to 25 psi with some very minor leaks. Had some huge ones at the start so would have picked up some free power there.
