Default Direct Port nitrous induction plates

ok heres a nice little good for you boys & gals running nitrous fogger systems.

the point of this plate is simple... spray each intake runner with equal amounts of nitrous to insure a perfect mist amount into your engine.

the problem with typical fogger systems is that they must be plumbed into your intake tube and when you spray most of the mist is dissapated into your plenum and randomly sorted into each runner before hitting the combustion chamber.

well... not anymore.

We designed a plate made from 6061 aluminum that sandwiches between your upper and lower intake plenums. you simply install the plate and screw your nitrous line to the provided fitting. then its spray juice time.

you will get an even spray pattern and amount everytime you hit the juice.

Price is $200 shipped

WOW! Looks good! Are there any concerns with uneven spray b/w ports?

added a pic of the plate installed.

also i just wanted to let people know that this is a rough model we worked up for testing and pics and such. the actual product once we start making them will be water jetted from 6061 aluminum and will be much nicer.

How do you control how much of a shot you have with it? Where do you insert the jet?

you can control the amount of flow with your nitrous hose fittings. most nitrous kits include a step up jet in 50 75 and 100hp increments. you simply install the jet into your nitrous line and it does the regulating for you. all this plate does is make sure you have an even spray into all your cylinders. we also use a specific hole size on the inner line to maximize how much spray can go through. we have this prototype plate set at 125 hp. (providing thats what size jet you were using).
