just checking interest on this.
we have been working on doing a custom fuel rail setup that will allow a dual feed setup. the rails will be custom made and will be about 25% larger than the stock rails. they will come with AN fitting to allow for easier setup and will have a custom rail loop, eliminating the bottle neck in the factory setup. if this is something that you would be willing to purchase please let me know. then we will continue working on it and make a few sets for people. if not please let me know, and i wont waste me time building it. thanks, chris

Quite possibly sometime soon. My fuel rails are the only thing in my fuel system that are stock. I'm not really sure they are going to be a bottle neck (for my setup) but I've spent this much I might as well complete it. What kind of price are we talking?

we arent really sure about prices... but right now we would expect the price to be around the $400 range. and it will be a complete setup. you will get both fuel rails, An fittings rail loop with an adapter to run the pressure regulator, etc. we are going to make it as bolt on as possible and keep it nice and easy.

k little update on the fuel rails.
first off let me start by saying that we ended up with a way lower price than expected. only $200 shipped take home these rails. with 8AN fittings. ![]() they are 3/4" diameter tubes mounted to a billet aluminum injector rail. they are about 3 inches longer overall than the stock fuel rails (about 1.5" longer on each side). total flow capacity is about 60% more than the stock rails. these rails pictured are setup with 3/8 npt fittings with 8AN ends. they can be swapped out for either 6AN or 10AN whichever you prefer. this setup is designed for dual feed sustems with a relocated/aftermarket FPR. we can do them as a traditional setup with a rail loop if requested for an additional fee. ok well let me know what you think. sorry the pic isnt better. ![]() Last edited by supermac : 10-26-2007 at 10:57 PM. |
