I do not recommend buying new bearings for the rear diff. Those bearings are over-sized and over-designed because they have to be big enough to have the half-axles go through them. Reuse them. You will need a simple 2-prong gear puller to get them off the old diff.
Seals are very difficult but are possible to pull without damaging them. You need to make some kind of hook to pry it without bending. If you bend it, you can buy a new one.
It is important to keep the same lateral position of the diff's gear, so that it engages with the pinion gear the exact same way. The best way that I concluded is to measure the original angular free play of the pinion gear before taking the stock diff out. Then, when you put the KAAZ diff, keep the same free play. If you screw it up, take it to a rear end shop and they will set the lateral position of the diff using special paste.
Overall, the installation is simple, I would say. It is hard to screw it up. Just make sure that the gear engagement before and after is the same. If it does not look or feel the same, take it to the rear end shop, pay them $20 and ask them to double check it.
