Good point. Thanks for pointing that out. I guess it looks like converting to a 25 spline setup would be cheaper in the long run... plus I could sell my good VCU and 18 spline 300m OS to cut down on costs.

I need two customers for the first two diffs:

1) A road racer or autocrosser who is very familiar with the handling of our cars and who can install the diff quickly and report the difference.
2) A drag racer with a lot of HP who can install the diff quickly and report the difference.

Reason I'd prefer the 18spline version is I really don't want to have to switch to a 25 spline setup because the cost would go up significantly. In addition, if I was to swap bellhousings I'll have to re-shim the transaxle to get the bearing clearances in spec. I've heard this a major PITA if you don't have the "special tools".
It's a PITA for me to do a custom 18-spline version. It would take a while, and do not not expect significant savings if you ask me to do it. I have all the needed used parts on my site to convert your tranny to a 25-spline, you just need the transfer case that will work.

Any chance of a group buy or a discount for those of us buying the front and/or rear as well?

Since SCE did a group buy for the front Quaife LSD it's very possible that he will do one for the center as well.

I for one... hope so since I'm going to be in that bandwagon

Here:

Supercar Engineering

I have 2 for sale right now. I will find a drag racer myself, I hope, but I still need a road racer/autocrosser who would install it this month, try it out, and report back. Max??
