Keep in mind, that figure does NOT refer to crank or wheel torque. Torque multiplication applies here, but it should still be enough for what folks have got.

So Phil, when's the GB? I've got your Kaaz diff and a Kormex front along with your Stoptech 355mm kit. Once I nail down the suspension (contacting a company about getting something with independent bump and rebound adjustability in the works) this will complete the handling mods.

If you follow Phil's release of newly designed items, they tend to begin with a GB so there's a decent order for the initial number of units which helps defray the production costs and reduce Phil's own financial outlay for the project (and of course, gives a price break to the dedicated early adopters who've been waiting for him to make more toys for us).

I am aware of that, and do not care. I am willing to pay more to get one now I already have the other two, as well as a set of billet shift forks. This piece in addition to bell reinforcement will complete the first of two complete built 6 speed transmissions.

Hey all,

I am a little bit behind on emails and forum threads. I am actually trying to make some progress with the parts. I should be able to catch up on mostly everything later this week.

Yes, there will be an 18-spline version of the diff, but it will be a special order, for a few bucks extra, maybe $200 or so, and it will require a "front output shaft" from a 25-spline transmission. This is the easy way.

Or, you could choose to upgrade to a 25-spline setup. It requires:

- A "front output shaft" from a 25-spline transmission,
- a larger output shaft hole in the bell housing, which can be machined out at any machine shop, or a 25-spline bell housing, and
- a 25-spline transfer case or a new 25-spline sleeve in your old upgradeable large-bearing transfer case

Speedo gear is on the front differentials. If you purchase all of them together it should fix all your problems
