Here it is:

Type: Torsen torque-sensing with a 40/60 asymmetrical torque split
Price: $2,495
Performance: Awesome
Torque capacity: 16,000 ft*lbs
Warranty: Limited Lifetime
Availability: July-August 2008

This diff has turned out everything it promised to be. More details will be added as we go along.

Interested in the same. Is this center dif. going to be compatible with an 18 spline output shaft? Or am I going to have to replace my 300m shaft?

The center diff project is moving. I should have all the needed parts and will start making them hopefully in January.

The diff has a normal 40/60 rear-biased torque split, but it can change between 60/40 and 20/80, depending on the available traction.

It will come with its own output shaft.

So this will be a 25 spline output shaft? Or will there be 18 spline ones as well?

Philip - do expect the replacement center differential to be any more forgiving on front/rear tire diameter mismatch that the stock VCU?
