Won't be able to do them until I get the new oven (should be end of the month). I'll let you know when it comes in.

It shouldn't be much at all, or it'll at least be cheaper than other places.

Doing multiple colors are pretty much impossible for powdercoat. I usually sand the tops of the letters as you can see in the pics.

Hey Terry

I received the pulleys in the mail today and they look great. However, the powdercoating on the back of one of the pulleys seems to have bubbled a bit before completely setting in and the coating can easily be chipped off and removed with my finger. Can this be re-done?

There's a gap between the two pulley pieces there actually. What happens is the powder starts to flow out and seals that. As the air inside gets hot it expands and pushes the powder out. I could tape it off around there but the only problem with that is it's going to rust around there unless I spray paint it or something along those lines. Just let me know what you want to do.

I'm also interested in getting my 18x9 RPM 505's powdercoated chrome. Let me know how much after you get your new oven and what-not. Will I have to have the paint stripped/sand blasted (whatever) myself? Or would you do that?
