I've done it to mine before and that's it...the bearings just pop out and can be re-used.

Do you have any pics of that cause I'm completely clueless about it? How do you disassemble the thing too? Is it regular bolts? Pretty straight forward? What are the bearings for? Did you reseal with rtv or anything?

No pics of the process but it's pretty straight forward. When you look at it you'll see there are 2 sections held together with allen bolts. Take those out and it'll come apart (might take some prying). After you get that off you'll see the valves in there, unscrew them then the rod slides out when you get the VICS Motor off.

hey terry, i got a few questions. i happen to have a tt upper intake plenum laying around because i was considering tt'ing my na. i've decided not to. so my question is could i ship you this tt intake plenum and have you ship me back a anodized blue na intake plenum ? or could i just powder coat the tt intake plenum and just switch it with my na plenum (im not sure if that would work).

one last thing, if bob and your other customers have already been taken care of, do you have any valve cover cores on you ? if you do could i get that done in anodized blue too. then when i get it i can ship you my valve cover back.

thanks, jordon.

Throwing a TT plenum on your NA will make it run like crap...they pretty much need those butterflies. As for coating an NA plenum, like I said you'd have to take it apart and send it to me. I don't have any cores.

I only have 1 core and yeah, as long as Bob still wants it it's his. (Bob, let me know)

Terry,

I do want a valve cover
Any chance you have a picture of anything coated with your Dark Green coating? (want to see how close it matches the stock green).

I need to talk to Zach to see how he wants his lettering (coated or not).

I'll post up again tonight....

Bob.

Terry,
Hey bud. I think I'm going to get new tires at some point this year. Won't be for a while, but I was wondering if you can powder coat my wheels? The bronze is fading and I need a new look. Let me know whenever. Thanks chief!
