On my order no. 1381 for a Koyo Radiator and Samco Radiator hoses I was to receive Four T-Bolts, which I did, but one was the wrong size (to big). Any chance of getting another one sent? I emailed Jeff several times but either didn't get a reply or my email dropped it due to my box being full.
Thanks. And by the way, I have had nothing but great service from you guys and I am on my fifth order. |

If you want you can always wire them to a switch. I built a panel where the passenger side airbag was and ran a wire from the battery to the panel to control any and all accessories. Anyways, wired the fans to 30 amp circuit so they turn on at the flip of a switch. Its easy to, just the positive and negative wires.

Perhaps I misunderstood from my correspondence with Jeff where I expressed my main concern with ordering aftermarket fans were how they would integrate with the existing controls and what instructions were available. I thought the fans could be wired so that they were activated by the CPU the same as stock. Jeff said if I had any questions just to call. I did call yesterday and was sent to voicemail and got no reply.
Can you supply a wiring diagram to integrate the fans as I have requested? Thanks, |

Yes you can wire them to act like stock. The fans should have come with a probe and a control box so the fans come on at a set temperature. Also I think that I have seen where some members just used the stock wiring though it had to be modified. See what a search yeilds. There are more than a few people who have installed FAL fans. If you were in Northern VA I could give you a hand, but maybe there is someone local that is electrically inclined.

I did a search and got some usefull info to use the stock wiring but I am unsure if they apply directly to a 97 VR4 (wire colors etc). More detailed instructions would be nice, like cut of old harness and attach colored wire A to colored wire B, or a diagram. I will look more but if you can provide the info I would be grateful. I am trying to get this done, it is my daily driver.

All you really have to do it hook power and ground to a switch, if you're having difficulty hooking it into the factory harness. This obviously will have to be turned on and off by you, but its a quick fix if your having difficulty.
