I emailed you pics last Friday so if you want to post them then you can do so. The car was getting a little warm for our liking last week so we looked at that a little futher today and got the temps down quite a bit. I am driving the car and it feels great. Miles are almost there and bugs are worked out so she is almost good to go
Jeff

Thanks for the good update.

I just check my e-mail and i did not get any pictures, So if you would send them again or just post them, thanks again Jeff.

Jerry

I think I sent 5 or 6 last week (All in the same email) so I will send them over in pairs today and give you a call to make sure you get them OK.

As far as posting pics is concerned, I don't run out to post up pics of a "Finished" engine bay the second the car fires up -- ever. Things are not cleaned / polished / primped / Etc and there is no reason to do so until the necessary heat-cycles and miles are on it and we know nothing further has to be done / re-done / taken back apart / Etc.

To me, the car getting its necessary break-in miles on the brand new engine/tranny/clutch so that we can start tuning it so that Jerry can pick it up sooner trumps wasting time primping the engine bay for pics so that we can do it again when the car is done. Call me crazy

Just my 2 cents
Jeff

None of my business really... just was saying Gosh.... I am anxious to see pics of the car and it isn't even mine. I would be going CRAZY if I was Jerry. I don't think he has been asking you to post up "Project Complete pictures" but would like to see progress of what he is dropping some serious dime on..
Call me crazy.....

Just my 2 cents

I understand that but "Progress" pics always look terrible (to me) so I don't ever post them up. If a customer requests them via email that is fine, but seeing a dirty black car all taken apart isn't really "Post worthy" IMO. I would hate to have my car gone for months and see pics of it with a dusty car-cover on it taken all apart. Really, all that does for me is confirm is that it indeed is still there

For example, Mike took these engine pics a few months ago that I purposely didn't post simply because they don't look good and maybe aside from his HKS oil cap they could be of anyones engine:

Taken 7/18:

Taken 8/12:

I actually really enjoy taking pictures of customers cars when they are all cleaned up and done and ready to be photographed. I will get some very good shots when she is 100% done and all cleaned up and I will happily post them up for everyone to see the final results of all the work/parts that have been added
Jeff

Jerry,
We will have enough miles on it this week (FINALLY !!) to get it on the dyno and start getting it tuned. "Daily-driver" tuning will continue this week so that it is 100% and then all that is left is full-throttle tuning and she is ready to roll.

Next update I give you will be what numbers it makes

Depending on the weather this week (I know it is supposed to rain all day tomorrow) I plan on getting some nice pictures taken of it as well and I will email those to you as soon as I get them off the camera.
Jeff
