Pretty sure they just removed the covers (2 screws each) and painted the area underneath.... Or, I should say, I've seen people do that (they may have used a little bondo to mold it in better) and the results were the same.

I don't remember the username but yeah they used some bondo to make them. It would just be cool if you could buy something and pop it in there/screw it in or something.

If they were made of bondo, wouldnt that make it kind of hard to take off the bumper?

The eyes have just been removed is all.

I love that lip. One of the sad things about these cars is the fact they aren't readily available anymore!

So, what has he done? Sanded out the eyes? I like it, but can't really see the difference. I have never really been a fan of removing the eyes, but this looks alright.
