Clearances under the hood - 3000GT/Stealth International Message Center

Well, I am going to have a plenum spacer installed with a mod I am doing, that will raise the plenum only .25 inches. I'd imagine people have also put a strut bar under the 575 hood? and if you keep piping level or below stock IC piping you wouldn't have any fitment issues right?

if its just a 1/4 i think it would be alright.
here is a pic of my pipeing kit i put in.... i put the t-bolt clamp threads facein up, for easy access.

the best way is just get some clay or something and make it into a ball and set it ontop of your plenum, presto clay plasty gauge

then slam the hood and open TaaDa

I had the plenum spacer and she fit fine with the 3SX strut tower bar, and DN Perf IC pipes as well.
Getting the T clamps for the IC couplings aligned so it does not hit the hood was an issue.
