Hotwired Walbro 341 (255lph) fuel pump.
450cc or 550cc injectors.
AEM or Aeromotive AFPR.
SAFCII etc piggyback fuel controller.
Datalogger.
Wideband o2 sensor, boost gauge.

Depends on how much boost and how much power you want to make. I am running these turbos on my 95 RT TT with stock injectors at 15psi of boost everyday and the car ran 11.9@118mph.

mods I have on that car

DR16T's
Boost controler
Denso pump
Air intake
Down pipe
Exhaust
Clutch/flywheel
UD pulley

Now to run more boost/make more power

Larger injectors 450's or 550's would work the 450's would be good up to about 450 whp.
Some kind of piggy back fuel control
a A/F guage

low 11 sec should be hard if you try. 10s are possible even.
