are you only having the O-ring stick out of the block 2/1000 or somthing?
I _think_ that's how they are doing it. I talked with Fowler Racing Engines, the guys that did Jeremy's heads with steel o-rings and they recommended using an o-ring that protruded ~ 3-4 thousandths and that anything more than 5 thousandths would leak.

Volk does make 15x9 TE37s. They are pretty rare though.
