Is there any easy way to tell if a set of turbos I bought is DR500 turbos? (Aside from bolting them on and seeing how they dyno)
I got a set from a member on here and want to make sure they are truly DR500s. I had a bad experience on another forum where someone misrepresented a turbo and I got screwed on the deal. Thanks.

do the wheels appear clipped?

Pull the compressor housing off and measure the wheel. Inducer and exducer post those numbers. That will be the sure fire way. It does look as though the one you posted appears to be milled out doesn't have the taper you find on the 9Bs but it is hard to see in the pictures. also post the turbine too. most people don't clip the wheel of a 9B.
