Hmmm, 1031. That's cool, how much of that is from decals on the rear window?

If you have to slow the turbos down, please go stage 5 instead of clip. They arent much more expensive then your whole dyno trip
500hp per stage 3 in a .63 housing is... a LOT. 500 on a stage 5 though would still have plenty of room left. Pretty sure some DSM guys used to get near 600 on a single stage 5. I am amazed you got away with what you did on the stage 3.
Pretty sure they are not happy.

Your stock intake seems to have been one of the best bandaids ever on so many levels (saving you thousands on fuel and turbos)

I think I'm going to try the cheapest easyest way first and go to a .82 A/R turbine housing. Thats a simple swap vs i turbo re-build. The Stage 5 turbine wheel is a big step, not only is it allot bigger then the stage 3 it has 1 less blade then the stage 3 does. There is always the option if going to a "stage 4" turbine, that’s taking a stage 5 turbine and turning it down is size some and boring a stage 3 turbine housing to fit it. Or going to a Turboneticts "stage 3" turbine wheel. The turboneticts stage 3 starts life as a stage 5 that thy cut down to the demtions as a stage 3. So it's stage 3 size but has 1 less blade then the Garret stage 3, so more space between the blades.

Never thought I would be looking for a way to add some lag to my car. lol

Default Re: Dynoed my car today 1031hp

here is the dyno chart, as you can see I even tryed going WOT and starting the pull later in the RPM band on the 1031 pull to see if it would slow the spool. It only effected the power down low because it had less time to spool to that RPM, but after 4500rpm the boost just slams up to max boost any way. I even tryed bringing the car up to 5000rpm at part throttle on one pull and just nailing it from there, that did not work either boost just slammed on and it surged right away.

I think I need to add about 4-500 rpm worth of lag and I think I will have problem solved

The 993 is the smooth pull with the intake pipes off. (it surged a tinny bit at about 135mph, but nothing like with the intake pipes on)
